At the 2017 state convention, they had a training session after the awards ceremony. They discussed fiduciary duties, duty of obedience, MEMSTATS, reporting of hospital visits. However, there were two items that impacted the forms that we were not doing:
– On the top of the program report, put “District 2/ 12150”
– Add in travel time into community service hours. If you have multiple parade pre-meetings, you should be including all those hours, miles, and costs.
