Congratulations to VFW New Haven Post 12150 2018 Scout of the Year Jacob Sturrock of Branford, Connecticut. Rising above his peers in exemplifying the qualities of an Eagle Scout, Jacob is a high honor student at The Sound School Regional Vocational Aquaculture Center in New Haven, Connecticut. Additionally, he is involved in the school FFA chapter (National FFA Organization), a founder of Sea Scouts, BSA Ship 1 at Sound, and was awarded the BSA National Life Saving Award–the Honor Medal–in 2016.
