City of New Haven Veterans Day Ceremony, 2022

NEW HAVEN, CONN. —The 2022 City of New Haven Veterans Day Ceremony will be held at New Haven City Hall  (165 Church St, New Haven, CT 06510) on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. All residents and the public are invited to attend this free event.

Former Army Captain and Yale Veterans Association President Adrian Bonemberger will be the principal speaker. Conductor Philip Boulager will lead the Harmony In Action Orchestra from Music Haven and the Connecticut Minuteman Composite Squadron from the Civil Air Patrol will be the color guard. Soloist Ruth Rosa will sing the National Anthem and Peter Cannon will perform “Taps.”

Following the ceremony at City Hall, commemorative wreaths will be placed at the World War Memorial on the Green and at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial on Long Wharf Drive.
